Job Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, Salary Negotiation, offer management, and onboarding procedures across all organizational levels. Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of recruitment records, including offer letter generation, issuance, and accurate record-keeping of all related activities. Develop and implement strategies for increasing the candidate pool and usage of alternate avenues of sourcing. Effectively establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analyze recruitment-related MIS reports. Ensuring Recruitment Cost Optimization. Ensure completion of recruitment tasks within the pre-defined TAT. Manage team performance, delegate tasks, resolve queries, and provide necessary support wherever required. Spearhead the development of the second line resource.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) 4–7 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setup. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.
