Position : | Coupa implementation |

Location : Bangalore Or Hyderabad

Experience : 6+ years relevant

JD : Must haves :

  • Senior Level expertise in Coupa implementation and post-go-live support, with deep knowledge of P2P module
  • Strong hands-on experience in Coupa–NetSuite integration using the 'Coupa P2P + Expenses' Bundle in NetSuite, including troubleshooting, data mapping, supplier onboarding, and banking information integration to NetSuite.
  • Solid understanding of procurement, invoicing, expenses, and approval workflows in Coupa, and their accounting impact in NetSuite.
  • Consultative mindset; able to provide reliable advice and recommendations on tackling issues and improving processes.
  • Ability to handle Level 2 / 3 functional and technical support, gather requirements, resolve issues end-to-end, and communicate effectively with business and IT teams.
  • Great attitude and collaborative.

Nice to haves :

  • Exposure to electronic invoicing compliance frameworks, SSO / security role management, and relevant Coupa or NetSuite certifications.
