Job Summary :

The Manager Centre for Research plays a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the universitys research initiatives, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations, managing funded research projects, and coordinating academic and scholarly events. The role demands a \ dynamic individual who can handle administrative, academic, and operational aspects of the research ecosystem, with a special focus on external collaborations, compliance, and real-time project coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide academic and administrative support for PhD scholars, including monitoring progress and managing candidacy reports and overlooking the complete Ph.D. program
• Support in managing finances of R&D projects funded by government and non-government agencies (e.g., DST, DRDO, SERB, CSIR, IITs).
• Prepare Utilization Certificates (UCs), financial reports, and compliance documentation for funding agencies and liaise with internal finance teams and external funding bodies to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage the database for all Centre of Excellence, and other research related activities such as publications.
• Handle end-to-end online coordination, logistics tracking, real-time crisis management for research driven events.
• Coordinate with the Branding and Social Media Teams to amplify visibility of research activities across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, & Experience :
• Working as a Research Associate or Assistant Professor
• Proven experience in academic / research office administration and research project management.
• Familiarity with funding processes and financial reporting in research projects is highly desirable.
• Experience working with higher education institutions and interacting with government agencies and international collaborators is an advantage
