About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Documentary Filmmaker / video editor who understands the difference between 'pretty editing' and 'viral editing' for TikTok and Instagram. You'll transform our fitness and women's health content from scroll-past to stop-scroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit fixed number videos per month with 24-hour turnarounds
- Restructure raw footage for maximum retention (70%+ at 30 seconds)
- Find hooks where others see nothing
- Create graphics and animations that tell stories, not just decorate
- Test, iterate, and scale what works
