Role : Lead AI/ML Specialist (Generative AI & LLMs)

Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, while mentoring a team of AI engineers.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and fine-tuning of LLMs for real-world applications.

- Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

- Drive projects using Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, etc.).

- Define and implement best practices in model training, optimization, and deployment.

- Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers on LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, and generative AI.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams for scalable AI solutions.

- Oversee MLOps processes and cloud-based AI deployment.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.

- Strong expertise in LLM architectures and fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, etc.).

- Extensive experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and Agentic AI.

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

- Experience in leading teams and delivering AI/ML projects.

- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
