Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled US Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing, overseeing and managing the financial operations and client accounts.

Responsibilities :

• Tax reviewer (Form like 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990 and 1040)
• Can review Federal & State income tax returns for:
• Individual tax returns (Form 1040)
• Form 990 and 1041
• Good knowledge of SCH M3
• Knowledge of SCH K2 & K3
• Practical experience of Tax Software
• Partner/shareholder addition/removal and change in ownership.
• Sound knowledge of Form 4562 (depreciation and amortization)
• Experienced in 5471,5472

What will you need:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in US Taxation
• Qualification -EA or CPA is mandatory
• Proficiency in Tax software
• Strong Technical, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Should have good reviewer and query resolving skills.
• Strong people management skills
