Network Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

Job Title : Network Infrastructure Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining high-performance network infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze customer situations to develop technical requirements for network design and deployment.
  • Gather technical requirements for network design and deployment.
  • Develop and provide designs based on customer requirements.
  • Create High- and Low-Level Design documents for guidance and reference.
  • Discuss and review fabric design with clients.
  • Plan and execute implementation and migration.
  • Execute test plans for newly deployed networks.
  • Write Methods of Procedure documents for seamless migration.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training on network designs, platforms, and features.
  • Assist project management in developing project plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 10-15 years of experience in Data Center Core Network and service provider domain.
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree.
  • Hybrid work location.
  • CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE certifications.
  • Arista EoS & Cloudvision experience is an added advantage.

    • Technical Capabilities :

  • Design and deployment of industry-leading networking solutions.
  • Spine leaf infrastructure design, deployment, and validation.
  • Ansible playbooks development and maintenance.
  • High-level and low-level design experience for spine leaf infrastructure.
  • Packet capture level troubleshooting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in networking protocols and concepts.
  • L2 Technologies expertise (STP, PVST, MSTP, RSTP, EtherChannel).
  • Upgrade and hardening of Arista devices.
  • Module configurations and optimizations induction of new switches into running fabric.
  • UAT on newly deployed nodes. Hardening of new Arista switches.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Linux.
  • Python script development and tool integration with customer workflows.
