Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle sales of forex products – travel cards, currency exchange, and remittances.
• Engage with corporates, travel agents, student consultants, and retail clients.
• Coordinate with partners for smooth transaction execution.
• Assist clients with onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit norms.
• Track market trends and competitor rates for better positioning.
• Prepare daily MIS reports on leads, closures, and volumes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and strong client communication.
• Must be detail-oriented, target-driven, and eager to grow in the forex industry.
