Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee regional / business vertical performance across Wealth Management.

Drive AUM growth, client acquisition strategy, and overall business profitability.

Manage a high-performing team of Wealth / Private Bankers and Relationship Leaders.

Strengthen client engagement and enhance coverage for HNI / UHNI segment.

Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence across all functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile 12–20+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related leadership roles.

Proven expertise in handling large teams, driving business outcomes, and managing significant AUM / book size.

Strong network and understanding of HNI / UHNI segments and investment advisory.

Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to drive transformation and lead teams in a fast-growing environment.
