CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity to our finance team. We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Work directly with various Regional Controllers on a day-to-day basis supporting all financial related matters specific to regions in the firm

Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analysis.

Compile, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.

Use Excel to manipulate large datasets and automate reporting processes.

Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and tools for internal stakeholders.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and variance analysis.

Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to support reporting needs.

Support the monthly and quarterly close process by providing timely and accurate reports.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes using Excel or other tools.

Required Qualifications :

Ability to take direction and work independently but also be able to be organized to work on competing requests.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, VBA / macros, complex formulas).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

Experience with SAP, PowerBI, Adaptive Planning and Reporting

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment.

Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement structures.

Familiarity with financial consolidation and reporting software.

Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
