Role Overview :
The Manager - Corporate Strategy & M&A will be a key member of the central strategy team, responsible for evaluating new market opportunities, driving critical strategic initiatives, and supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities across a diversified business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Assist senior leadership in formulating corporate strategy, annual operating plans, and long-term vision for various business verticals.
- M&A Support : Conduct industry research, financial modeling, valuation, and rigorous due diligence for potential investment and acquisition targets.
- Business Transformation : Lead and project manage high-priority internal projects to drive operational efficiency, market entry, and value creation across the group.
- Performance Monitoring : Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, preparing analytical reports and presentations for the Executive MBA (Strategy / Finance) from a premier institution is mandatory.
- 4-7 years of experience, with significant exposure to corporate strategy, investment analysis, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, market sizing, and advanced presentation creation (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, lead cross-functional projects, and influence senior stakeholders
