Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Home Loans division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home loans, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for driving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of home loan consultants to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on home loan products and processes.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
