Roles & Responsibilities

• Team Leadership :
• Lead and manage a team of professionals.
• Handle a team size of 15 to 20 to achieve business objectives.
• Contract Renewal Management :
• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for contracts.
• Prepare renewal timelines and proactively identify any potential risks or issues.
• Operations & Client Relations :
• Oversee Contract Management operations .
• Act as a customer / client-facing point of contact, ensuring strong relationships.
