We are looking for a contract professional to join our HR Services Delivery Center supporting EMEA HR Operations. The role focuses on employee query management, HR data accuracy, and end-to-end support across employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve employee and manager queries within defined SLA.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR data in systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Support Employee Life Cycle processes such as onboarding, benefits processing, transfers, rewards, and offboarding.
- Own and close data administration requests, including follow-ups for missing information and approvals.
- Adhere to Desktop Procedures / Knowledge Base for all transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Maker-Checker process and conduct regular data quality checks.
- Work with high data sensitivity, maintaining data privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Services / HR Operations.Hands-on experience with HR systems : SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday (any).Graduation is mandatory; Post-Graduation preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication in English.Exposure to CRM tools (ServiceNow, Microsoft CRM, Siebel, etc.).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined guidelines.Ability to work in European shift timings.Team player with the ability to meet service-level commitmentSkills Required
