Location : Mumbai ( Andheri East)

Industry Type : Aviation Service Providing Firm dealing with Freighters

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain schedules for Loadmasters in alignment with operational requirements.
• Manage last-minute changes such as flight delays, cancellations, Loadmaster swaps, and load adjustments.
• Coordinate Trainings for Loadmaster scheduling in line with recurrent and initial training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Aviation regulatory duty and rest limitations.
• Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities and crew / LM assignments as per company process SOP.
• Adjust schedules proactively in response to operational disruptions, weather, maintenance issues, or client requirements.
• Support LM scheduling plan by coordinating aircraft weight and balance data with assigned Loadmasters.
• Maintain crew rosters and ensure all scheduling documentation is up to date.
• Understand country specific immigration requirements and restrictions
