Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK / EU)

Hiring : UK / EU IT Recruiter (Only with Prior UK / EU IT Hiring Experience)

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience : 2–5 Years

We are looking for a skilled UK / EU IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical hiring across the UK and Europe.

Only candidates with proven UK / EU IT recruitment experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen IT candidates for UK / EU roles

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → interviews → offer negotiation)

Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements

Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing IT roles

Maintain ATS data and follow GDPR & UK / EU hiring compliance

Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in UK / EU IT recruitment (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Experience with ATS & LinkedIn Recruiter

Understanding of GDPR and UK / EU employment guidelines
