We're looking for a Senior Account Director to join the creative team at Digitas Mumbai . You'll lead the day-to-day on some of our key businesses—managing relationships, shaping briefs, and helping deliver work that's as effective as it is inspiring.
You'll be the bridge between our clients and the creative team—someone who can steer conversations, ask the right questions, and keep things moving without ever losing sight of the craft. We're a full-service digital agency with media, CRM, and tech capabilities, this role sits in the creative side of the business.

What You'll Do
- Lead the business from a creative lens—partnering with clients to shape and steer great work
- Translate business problems into sharp creative briefs and actionable plans
- Manage timelines, budgets, and delivery—keeping things smooth, on-track, and creatively ambitious
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and tech teams to build integrated, insight-led campaigns
- Guide and mentor a team of account managers and executives
- Contribute to new ideas, new thinking, and the kind of culture that gets people excited to log in every day
What You Bring
