Advanced understanding of software design patterns and methodology is must.Advanced knowledge of configuration management practices and procedures.Executes design activities leveraging knowledge of all application design techniques;Ensures design is consistent with solution architecture; Ensures adherence to design
standards; Performs technology proofs-of-concept to support design approaches.
Experience with change control procedures and technology best practices.Experience in architecture and technical design of enterprise solutions leveragingvarious SAP Technologies.
Agile development methodologies will be an added advantage.Qualifications :
Minimum of 15 years of professional software development experience with 5+ years ofexperience leading large teams (15+ people across different SAP technology stacks as an
Engineering Manager
Highly competent in ABAP Stack Basis with hands-on experience. Experience in S4HANAis helpful.
Experience in handling and scaling distributed systems in a public, private, or hybridcloud environment.
Experience in developing, designing and implementing high efficiency, low latencyenterprise-wide applications
Consistent track record working with hybrid teams and experience in efficiently runninga diverse team including contractor teams
Knowledge of software engineering practices and standard methodologies for the fullSoftware Development Lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source
control management, build processes, testing and operations
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical information ina clear and concise manner to a variety of collaborators
