About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to lead proactive sales initiatives for high-end catering and event services in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality or large-scale catering operations, with proven experience in driving revenue through proactive sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve catering and event sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract negotiation and event coordination.
• Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
