We are expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated Telesales Executives to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Internet, Mobile, and Home Security services .
- Answer inbound inquiries from interested clients and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and service offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Accurately update customer details in the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales is an asset (training will be provided).Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (French is an advantage).Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or dialer systems.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.What We Offer
