Freelance Job Opening : Android App Developer (Experienced Professional)

We are looking for an experienced Android App Developer to work with us on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, proven expertise in mobile application development, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain advanced Android applications.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend teams to implement features seamlessly.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Stay aligned with industry trends and Android development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong command of Java and Kotlin , with hands-on experience using Android Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design guidelines .
  • Proficiency in RESTful API integration, Firebase services, and real-time databases .
  • Experience with user authentication systems (OAuth, Google, phone / email sign-in, etc.) .
  • Familiarity with push notifications, in-app messaging, and analytics integration .
  • Competence in Git / GitHub for version control and collaborative work.
  • Understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM / MVP / MVC) .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advantageous : Experience with payment gateway integration, offline-first applications, and cloud hosting platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) .
