Role Overview

We are seeking a Fashion Designer to join Frills by Madhuri Reddy, a luxury bridal and couture label. The designer will work closely with the founder to conceptualize, design, and execute collections — with bridal couture as the core and pret wear as an extension for multi-designer stores.

Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Creative Direction

• Conceptualize and design bridal couture collections in line with the brand’s identity.
• Develop pret wear collections for multi-designer stores while maintaining the label’s slow fashion ethos .
• Contribute to the development of new product lines (beyond custom blouses), expanding into couture and pret collections .
• Research global and Indian fashion trends , textiles, and techniques.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and digital illustrations for new collections.
