About the Company :

Headfox Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing D2C company specializing in smart helmets. We are building a dynamic team to manage and expand our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels and enhance our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, and others)
Upload and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates
Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze trends to improve sales
Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback in a timely manner
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotions and campaigns
Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and competitor activity
Expertise in managing Flipkart operations is highly preferred

Skills & Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail

Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, especially Amazon and Flipkart

Good analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
