We started earlier this year, and it's been a whirlwind ever since — growing fast, exploring new ideas, and constantly thinking of fresh ways to make travel smoother and more meaningful for our clients. And now, we need another travel-loving brain on board to help us bring even more of those ideas to life.

The Role

As a Travel Consultant at Air Time Vacations, you'll be the go-to person for all things travel. You'll chat with clients, understand what they're dreaming of, and turn that into well-planned, beautifully executed trips.

This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad — two days in the office for some good coffee, team banter, and collaboration, and the rest from wherever you feel most productive.

What You'll Do

• Help clients plan their travels — from honeymoons to group getaways to corporate retreats
• Build itineraries that are practical, creative, and tailored to each traveler
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and everything in between
• Use travel software or third-party platforms
• Handle post-booking support and those last-minute 'help me!' client moments with calm and care
• Hit your sales targets while keeping service genuine and never pushy
• Stay updated on destinations, trends, and travel policies so clients always get the best advice
• Travel as a tour leader on group trips. We love when our team gets to experience the journeys they plan!
