Job Description :

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Field Sourcing Specialist to help us drive business growth by building strong relationships with real estate agents (CPS) and generating both sale and lease leads for our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Daily Meetings with Real Estate Agents (CPS) : Meet and engage with real estate agents regularly to explain available inventory, ongoing and upcoming projects, and leasing opportunities.

2. Lead Generation for Sales & Lease : Build strong rapport with agents to generate both sales and lease leads matching our properties.

3. Pipeline Creation : Develop and maintain a robust pipeline for site visits and leasing appointments, converting leads into actual visits.

4. Coordinate Site Visits & Leasing Meetings : Ensure smooth coordination with agents and clients for site visits, property tours, and leasing discussions.

5. Follow-up : Convert leads into successful site visits, follow up on client interests, and assist agents to get deals for both sales and leases.

6. CRM Management : Update the CRM system with lead details, status, and progress on sales and lease leads.

7. Market Trends & Competitor Awareness : Monitor market trends and provide agents with relevant information on property values, lease rates, and competitor activities.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, business development, or sourcing.
• Ability to build relationships with real estate agents and generate sales & lease leads.
• Strong communication skills to explain both sales and lease opportunities effectively to agents and clients.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, traveling daily to meet agents and clients.
• Communication Skills to assist agents in converting leads into successful site visits.
