Key Responsibilities
1. Practice Leadership & Business Growth
- Build, lead, and grow the Data Architecture & Analytics Practice , aligning business, technology, and client goals.
- Define the strategic roadmap for the practice including offerings, delivery models, and market positioning.
- Drive revenue generation and profitability through new client acquisition and account expansion.
2. Data Architecture & Solution Design
Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade data architecture solutions .Define best practices for data strategy, governance, modernization, and cloud data platforms.Provide architectural oversight and ensure the technical integrity of all delivered solutions.3. Sales Leadership & Client Engagement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives and strategic clients .Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals, pricing models, and client presentations.4. Product & Offering Development
Conceptualize, define, and refine data-centric products and service offerings that align with market needs.Work with product management and engineering teams to develop differentiators and accelerators.Stay ahead of market trends to ensure offerings remain innovative and competitive.5. Team Development & Cross-functional Leadership
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data architects, consultants, and solution leaders.Foster a collaborative culture that drives innovation and accountability.Ensure seamless coordination between sales, delivery, and product functions.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture , data engineering , and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proven success in sales leadership , revenue generation , and business development .Exceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions .Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership and execution excellence.Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent).Minimum 18 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven businesses .Prior experience in Big 4 consulting firms or top-tier IT services organizations preferred.
