About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help us identify, screen, and onboard top talent for various roles. You will work independently, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation, while collaborating closely with our hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house)Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.Availability : Flexible working hours, but should meet agreed timelines.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).Minimum [1-10 years] experience in end-to-end recruitment.Compensation
