🎯 What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects that drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to grow AllEvents traffic, app downloads, and brand presence .
• Research market trends, user behavior, and data patterns to find growth levers.
• Execute creative marketing ideas, product experiments, or partnerships end-to-end.
• Take ownership of a problem statement — figure out what matters most and make it happen .
• Collaborate across teams — product, growth, tech, SEO — to bring ideas to life fast.
• Learn, build, fail, fix, and grow — repeat till you win.
