We’re not searching for someone to just “manage ads.” We’re searching for someone who can look at an account and know exactly where the hidden potential is. Someone who knows the feeling of scaling a campaign that started small and turning it into something that surprises even the client.

• Running experiments, testing new platforms, pushing creative ideas — and learning from both wins and losses.
