Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsperson, located in New Delhi. The Draftsperson will be responsible for creating technical drawings, blueprints, and layouts based on design specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, revising plans to meet project requirements, and ensuring all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong technical drawing, blueprint creation, and layout design skills
• Knowledge of construction standards and building code compliance
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all drawings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with architects and engineers
• Diploma in Architectural Drafting or related field
• Experience in residential or commercial design projects is must
