Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Perform quality control inspections on products, components, and

systems to ensure they meet production standards.

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to

    • enhance product quality and efficiency.

  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests, including dimensional,

    • mechanical, and functional tests, to identify any defects or non-

    conformance.

  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality

    • standards and identify areas for optimization.

  • Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot process

    • issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and

    • optimize manufacturing processes and procedures.

  • Investigate customer complaints and Test Data, identifying root causes

    • and implementing corrective actions.

    Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Transformer Tanks / Transformers

    • manufacturing industry with full fabrication knowledge.

  • Tank inspection knowledge and ability to do local site inspections

    • individually.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

    • simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
