Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in IT Operations and Network Support . The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 / L2 support for network-related issues.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Assist in configuration, patching, and upgrades of network devices.
- Escalate issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines.
