Job description3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows . Experience with Salesforce configuration (Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows). Familiarity with integration techniques using REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or External Services. Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits. Experience with DevOps tools (change sets, Salesforce DX, Git) is a plus. Salesforce Developer or Admin Certification preferred (Platform Developer I or higher). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to support business processes and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Configure Salesforce features including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows, and Approval Processes .
- Build and maintain custom objects, page layouts, record types, and security settings.
- Design and implement REST / SOAP integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Develop unit tests and maintain high code coverage standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement gathering, and documentation.
