Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled HRMS Technical Consultant who will have deep technical expertise in HRMS applications, with strong hands-on experience in Forms, Reports, and PL / SQL, along with a solid understanding of core HRMS modules and domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and maintain HRMS technical components including Oracle Forms, Reports, and workflows.
- Write efficient and scalable PL / SQL code to support various HRMS functionalities.
- Collaborate with functional HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support for HRMS issues, including data corrections, system configurations, and integration issues.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
- Maintain documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and customizations.
Required Skills :
Strong expertise in HRMS Technical development.Proficient in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL / SQL development.Solid understanding of HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and related processes.Good domain knowledge of Human Resources systems and workflows.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote working environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Prior experience working in remote teams and cross-functional environments.(ref : hirist.tech)
