HRMS Technical Consultant - Oracle Apps

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled HRMS Technical Consultant who will have deep technical expertise in HRMS applications, with strong hands-on experience in Forms, Reports, and PL / SQL, along with a solid understanding of core HRMS modules and domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and maintain HRMS technical components including Oracle Forms, Reports, and workflows.
• Write efficient and scalable PL / SQL code to support various HRMS functionalities.
• Collaborate with functional HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support for HRMS issues, including data corrections, system configurations, and integration issues.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
• Maintain documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and customizations.
