Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Key responsibilities include IT recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, coordinating the hiring process, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The US IT Recruiter will also use strategic approaches to attract top technical talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and hands-on experience with IT Recruitment
• Strong skills in Hiring, Technical Recruiting, and general Recruiting practices
• Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn.
• Should understand US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Ability to source, screen, and place candidates for US-based clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Must be comfortable working in US Night Shift (EST / CST / PST) .
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working within the IT or technology sector is a plus
