Requirement-CONTENT QA – AEM

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in quality assurance, with a focus on content authoring or front-end testing.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL, and data structures.
Experience with Tealium for tag management and analytics.
Knowledge of front-end QA processes and functional testing methodologies.
Automation skills (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools) are a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira and Confluence, for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.

Soft Skills :

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability are a must.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Familiarity with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Understanding of content delivery networks (CDNs) and their impact on content performance.

Experience with Responsive Web Design concept & testing approach.

Experience with cross-browser & platform testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for content authored in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.

Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for content authored in proprietary Product Information Management Systems.

Validate front-end content rendering, ensuring compatibility and consistency across browsers and devices.

Ensure content staged and live is consistent with briefs and technical documentation as per described from platform engineers and business stakeholders.

Perform functional testing to ensure content meets business requirements and user expectations.

Collaborate with content authors, developers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve content-related issues.

Utilize knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and data structures to troubleshoot and verify content integrity.

Leverage Tealium for tag management and analytics tracking to ensure accurate data collection.

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to ensure high-quality content delivery.

(Optional) Implement and maintain automated testing scripts to streamline QA processes.
