Festivals From India is hiring for their client ASIGN a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function across all core areas — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, compliance, and culture. The role calls for a hands-on HR professional experienced in supporting technical teams or product-driven organizations, who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence. This individual will also manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent aligned with its mission and values.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience, including exposure to technical product organisations or tech-driven teams.
Proven experience in both HR operations and recruitment / pipeline management, preferably in a start-up environment.
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Demonstrated success in building employee engagement programs and managing HR projects end-to-end.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of and experience with HR softwares like Zoho People

Essential Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with experience in time management, leave management, and statutory compliance. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of and experience with HR softwares like Zoho People is a plus.
