Job description2–3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably in the NBFC or Banking sector. Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behavior. Proficiency in tools like Locobuzz, Facebook Suite, YouTube Sudio, or similar. Experience with social media analytics and reporting (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services landscape and a passion for crafting compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand trust, and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage and grow presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Manage social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community trust.
