Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing Variation Instruction, Variation Order, Recommendation to the Employer for approval / rejection of Variations.
- Responsible for assessment of Contractor's / Employer's Claims for Agreement / Determination also providing notification to the Employer and Contractor of any Claim Agreement.
- Assessment and determination of the Employer's Claims / Counterclaims, taking into account the actual work done, related events encountered in the project & confirming to the Contract provisions.
- Evaluation and submission of Interim Claims (Cost), under the relevant Contract norms attributable to the Employer.
- Checking for submitting Price Adjustment / Variations Bills, in terms of Contract conditions.
