Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead our data efforts, manage a team of analysts, and drive key business insights that fuel Kisah’s growth. This role is critical to our business and will focus not just on creating dashboards but understanding and leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

You’ll play a pivotal role in areas like demand forecasting , sales analysis , pricing strategies , and inventory planning . By working across departments, you’ll ensure that data-driven decisions are seamlessly integrated into every aspect of Kisah’s operations.

  • Data Ecosystem Management : Oversee the entire data ecosystem of Kisah, ensuring clean, accurate, and timely data availability.
  • Business Planning Support : Drive critical business areas like demand forecasting , sales analysis , pricing strategies , new product launches , and stock replenishment planning .
  • Insights for Action : Translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business strategies, from category planning to supply chain optimization .
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with teams across operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Efficiency Tracking : Own the efficiency metrics of Kisah’s warehouse operations (both in-house and 3PL), such as packing time , handover time , and breach analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Data Storytelling : Create compelling visualizations and reports to clearly communicate insights and trends to key stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization : Work on initiatives like network optimization (right inventory at the right warehouse) and improving customer delivery TAT.

    Designing logical and scalable models for sales, supply chain, and performance tracking.
