POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for accounting of Invoices, reporting and document management.
Principal Activities
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial documents, and ensuring organized and accurate reporting
- Receive and park Direct, Indirect & Service Provider Invoices with 3 way and 2-way match
- Weekly review of pending Invoices and liaison with Stores for timely receipt of Invoices
- Good understanding of TDS regulations including E TDS returns data
- Run and distribute reports as required
- Support all financial audit requests related to internal and external audits of Accounts Payable-related
- Processing of Import payments through manual mode wherever necessary with all relevant documents
- Support for month-end closing activities
- Support for month-end billing activities, reconciliation
- Support GST return filing activities
- Working with the team on all accounting activities
- Working experience in Inventory control, costing and analysis
- Analyze operational costs and suggest efficiencies, like streamlining processes.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of accounts process, functions and procedures.Excellent Knowledge on MIS Reporting backed up with advance Excel skill sets.Working experience in an ERP environment.Experience in Inventory control, costing and financial reportingAnalytical and problem-solving skills.Education & Experience
