This Team will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions.

A ServiceNow Onboarding Analyst is responsible for facilitating and managing the onboarding process within the ServiceNow platform. This role typically involves analysis of workflows, data requirements, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new services or Agencies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ServiceNow Onboarding Analyst to streamline and optimize the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance user experiences.

The role will report to ServiceNow Product Owner – New Request & Knowledge Bank

What you'll be doing :

  • Onboarding Process Management :
  • Requirements gathering and design of workflows, forms and data requirements in ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to gather requirements and configure the onboarding process accordingly.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for new services and Agencies through accurate and timely delivery of onboarding tasks.
  • Propose 'out of the Box' solutions minimizing any customization within the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor and resolve issues or errors during the onboarding process.
  • Data Management and Reporting :
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track onboarding progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Collaboration and Support :
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related queries and technical support.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on onboarding processes within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to implement updates or resolve system issues.
