What You’ll Be Part Of (the role)

We’re building a small, international team of n8n developers and AI builders who love to experiment, challenge ideas, and create scalable automations.

You’ll work closely with our consultants in the Netherlands — through daily stand-ups, co-working sessions, and async collaboration.

This role is hands-on : you’ll design workflows, connect APIs, craft AI prompts, and write the code that makes automations actually work.

What You’ll Do

Build and scale n8n workflows that connect multiple systems and handle complex logic.

Integrate APIs, SaaS tools, CRMs, and databases into seamless flows.

Design AI-powered automations for text, data, and decision-making.

Write and refine prompts to make AI outputs predictable and valuable.

Work with our consultants and clients to create smart, high-impact solutions.

Implement testing, error handling, and logging to ensure reliability.

Who You Are

You’re are curious, brave, and full of ideas — with a fresh, digital-first mindset.

2–3 years of experience with automation tools ( n8n , Make, Zapier, or similar).

Solid understanding of APIs, data structures, and formats like JSON or CSV.

Able to write simple scripts in JavaScript , Python, or SQL.

Open communicator — you like to discuss, question, and improve things.

No robots here — we want humans who think and bring energy.

Nice to Have

Experience automating business processes (Finance, Logistics, Legal, Images, HR, sales, or marketing).

Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication, and webhooks.

Passion for AI and curiosity to experiment with new tools.
