Role Description

This is a full-time role for a "Financial Compliance Specialist" located in Bhubaneswar. The Financial Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's financial operations comply with regulatory requirements. Their day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of "Financial Compliance Associates" , ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various departments to address compliance issues.

What You'll Do :

• Guide and Lead a team of Financial Compliance Associates in Book-keeping on Tally-Prime and maintaining meticulous financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Leverage accounting software to efficiently manage company finances and streamline processes.
• Manage GST, Income Tax and MCA compliances , ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
• Manage Internal Control Audit of clients at a regular interval.
