Job Role : API Solution Architect

Location : Pune / Hyderabad

Experience : -7-10years

Job Description :

Drive end to end integration delivery through analysis, design, build and deployment.

Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build.
Develop new and enhanced integrations following appropriate HRIT and HR delivery lifecycle.
Develop and maintain integration patterns and blueprints in accordance with HRIT and HR standards.
Document integration specifications and patterns in accordance with HRIT and HR standards.
Assist with test scenario preparation and guidance for HRIT and HR test teams.
Support and troubleshoot integrations through deployment test phase pipelines.
Provide HRIT integration SME production support for integration troubleshooting and analysis.
Manage and support Integration platform architecture, infrastructure, and environments.
Own and assist with solution implementation.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :

Successful track record of delivery in a project-based environment both when working independently and when working collaboratively within a larger development team

Strong technical documentation capabilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills

Ability to demonstrate creative and lateral thinking, the ability to question existing practice and inspire others to do the same. Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

Java development tooling and practices

API development tooling such as soapUI

RESTful API use and / or SOAP Web Services

Experience with Spring boot and Java API development

Experience with XML, JSON, XSLT / XPath expressions, SQL, JMS, CFX
