Brief Requirements :
The agency will be responsible for :
- Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand ethos and business goals
- Creating multi-format content (videos, reels, blogs, carousels, parent stories, expert bytes, etc.) tailored for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website
- Crafting content that resonates with parents at different stages of their decision journey (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Working closely with the internal marketing and admissions teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and center priorities
- Driving organic traffic, engagement, and leads through content that informs, educates, and converts
- Creating a strong content-performance feedback loop tracking what works, iterating fast, and optimizing for business outcomes
