Location : Gurgaon / Hyderabad | Experience : 6 - 8 years

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - SEC Reporting & US GAAP Accounting with strong experience in preparing and filing 10-K and 10-Q reports, as well as deep expertise in US GAAP technical accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.
• Manage end-to-end US GAAP accounting and reporting processes.
• Research and implement complex technical accounting standards.
• Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive multiple US GAAP accounting and reporting projects for 6+ years of experience in SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting.
• Hands-on experience with 10-K and 10-Q preparation and filing.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP technical accounting guidance (ASC).
• Experience managing client-facing accounting / reporting projects.
• CPA or CA preferred.
• Preferred working experience in Workiva (not mandatory but preferred).
• Knowledge in SEC and PCAOB audit regulations
