Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy Development :
Own and execute the content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company blog.
Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars to drive engagement, leads, and brand growth.
Build Instagram content funnels that drive consultations, bookings, and enhance brand authority.
Collaboration & Ideation :
Work closely with video teams, editors, and founders for scripting, ideation, and storytelling.
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form Reels, carousels, and other viral Instagram content.
Collaborate on content creation, including visuals, captions, and engagement tactics.
Content Performance & Analysis :
Analyze and report on content performance, using insights to optimize content strategies and drive growth.
Spot trends in the beauty and hair industry and create viral content hooks that resonate with the target audience.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years full-time experience as a content strategist or content manager in the beauty, salon, or hair loss space.

Hands-on expertise with Instagram content, including Reels, Stories, carousels, and a passion for creating viral posts.

Proven track record with salon content, hair systems, or beauty industry brands.

Fluent in English, with basic Hindi / Hinglish (for relatable, audience-friendly content).

Highly organized with experience in content calendars, planning, and campaign execution.

Basic knowledge of video editing and creative briefing (we have editors, but you must be able to direct them).

Must love Instagram and content creation—this is not just a desk job!

Preferred Qualifications :

Comfortable speaking on camera for Stories, Reels, or live videos.

Experience managing influencer collaborations or brand partnerships.

Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Trello, and Google Docs / Sheets.

Friendly, energetic personality that resonates with audiences.

Some knowledge of SEO for blogs and website content structuring.
