Job descriptionActively counsels gym members to help them adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Provides ongoing motivation and support to ensure members stay committed to their fitness goals. Increases member attendance by making regularity calls using the FitnessForce software . Organizes in-house competitions during peak hours , when necessary, to enhance member engagement and club activity. Adheres to the zonal training system to deliver consistent and structured fitness experiences. Focuses on membership renewals by building strong member relationships and maintaining regular communication.
