Location : Jaipur / Ahmedabad
Working Days : Monday – Saturday
Package : Upto 5 LPA

Role Overview :
We’re hiring an Academic Counsellor for our Offline Learning Centre in Jaipur / Ahmedabad. The role involves guiding learners, understanding their career goals, and driving enrolments for upGrad’s degree and certification programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel prospective learners through calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings.
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM.
